## Job Responsibilities

1. Formulate and implement sales strategies for electronic pastes, and achieve targets on sales revenue, profit and payment collection.

2. Lead the development and relationship maintenance of top-tier customers in photovoltaic, MLCC, touch screen, semiconductor and other industries, and drive product introduction and mass supply.

3. Track downstream technology trends, collect competitor intelligence and customer pain points, and provide product optimization suggestions to the R&D team.

4. Build and cultivate the sales team, improve the technical sales capabilities of team members, and conduct performance appraisal and incentive management.

5. Cooperate with technical engineers to resolve on-site customer issues including printing, sintering and adhesion problems, and handle major customer complaints.

6. Develop quotation strategies in response to price fluctuations of precious metals, and control contract risks and accounts receivable.

## Job Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Materials, Chemistry, Microelectronics, Marketing or other related disciplines.

2. Experience: Minimum 8 years of sales experience in electronic materials/electronic chemicals, with over 3 years of sales team management experience; candidates with proven successful sales cases of photovoltaic silver paste, MLCC paste or touch screen silver paste are preferred.

3. Customer Resources: Candidates with existing customer resources covering PV module manufacturers, MLCC producers and touch module factories are preferred.

4. Professional Competencies: Able to interpret paste TDS and sintering curves, familiar with screen printing and sintering processes; proficient in business negotiation and data analysis.

5. Personal Traits: Result-oriented, capable of working under pressure, available for frequent business trips, and strong at cross-departmental collaboration.

# R&D Engineer (Copper Paste)

Work Location: Shanghai

## Job Responsibilities

1. Establish an evaluation system for raw materials of copper paste, and conduct screening and assessment of raw materials for photovoltaic copper paste.

2. Develop and design formulations of photovoltaic copper paste in accordance with end application requirements.

3. Establish corresponding application test methods for photovoltaic copper paste based on customer specifications, conduct testing and adjust paste formulas to realize mass production of formulated products.

4. Provide technical support for customer-side paste testing.

5. Resolve technical problems arising during mass production of products.

## Job Requirements

1. Master’s or Doctoral degree; majors in Metallurgy & Metals, Materials Chemical Engineering, Composite Materials, Organic Chemistry or related fields are preferred.

2. Minimum 2 years of experience in the development of copper paste, copper powder or adhesives; familiar with domestic and overseas copper powder suppliers and their product characteristics, as well as anti-oxidation technologies for copper powder.

3. Prior experience with photovoltaic paste manufacturing processes and customer application requirements is preferred.

4. Strong logical thinking and R&D innovation capabilities.

5. Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills. 

## Job Responsibilities

1. Core R&D: Be responsible for formulation design, development and optimization of organic carriers used in photovoltaic conductive silver paste, covering resin, solvent, dispersant, thixotropic agent and other systems.

2. Matching & Optimization: Conduct in-depth research on the synergistic effect between organic carriers, silver powder and glass powder, improve printability, electrical performance and adhesion of paste, and resolve key technical bottlenecks.

3. Full-process Evaluation: Independently complete paste preparation, screen printing, sintering, IV testing and rheological property evaluation, and establish the structure-activity relationship between carrier formulations and paste performance.

4. Technical Iteration: Support the upgrading and iteration of organic carriers for silver pastes applied to high-efficiency solar cells including TOPCon, HJT and BC, and drive the industrialization of R&D achievements.

5. Cutting-edge Research: Track cutting-edge technologies in organic material sector, draft patents, technical documents and experimental reports, and build the company’s core technical barriers.

## Job Requirements

1. Education & Major: Master’s degree or above, majoring in Organic Chemistry, Polymer Materials, Applied Chemistry or other related disciplines.

2. Work Experience: Over 3 years of experience in organic synthesis, polymer modification or formulation R&D; candidates with R&D background in photovoltaic silver paste, conductive paste, ink, coating or adhesive are preferred.

3. Professional Skills:

(1) Proficient in organic synthetic route design, polymer modification methods and formulation optimization strategies;

(2) Skilled in operating characterization instruments such as FTIR, DSC, TGA and rheometer, and capable of analyzing test data to guide R&D work;

(3) Familiar with screen printing process and metallization workflow of photovoltaic cells (e.g., diffusion, sintering, light injection, etc.).

4. Comprehensive Competencies: Possess innovative thinking and Design of Experiments (DOE) capabilities, with excellent cross-departmental communication skills and team spirit.
