3.Solid theoretical knowledge and practical application experience in polymer polymerization and physical blending; familiar with the properties of surfactants, solvents, and thixotropic agents.

2.2+ years of experience in copper paste or copper powder development, familiar with domestic and international copper powder suppliers and their product characteristics; priority given to those familiar with copper powder anti-oxidation technology.

## Job Responsibilities

1. Take charge of the development and optimization of preparation processes for metal-coated powders such as silver-coated copper powder and silver-coated nickel powder, including electroless plating coating process design, coating rate and coating uniformity control.

2. Lead technical breakthroughs on the quality of silver coating layers, solve key technical challenges regarding coating compactness, oxidation resistance, electrical conductivity, and boost the application performance of products in conductive pastes.

3. Participate in the full-cycle development of new products, covering formulation design, performance testing, compilation of technical documents and customer technical support.

4. Promote process scaling-up from lab scale to pilot test and mass production, and tackle problems related to batch consistency, equipment compatibility and process stability.

5. Draft technical patents to protect core processes and innovative product achievements.

## Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Materials Science and Engineering, Powder Metallurgy, Applied Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or other related fields; Master’s degree holders are preferred.

2. Over 3 years of R&D experience in metal powders (silver-coated copper, silver-coated nickel, silver powder, copper powder, etc.), capable of independently undertaking project tasks; experience with PVD or liquid-phase reduction processes is acceptable.

3. Familiar with liquid-phase coating processes for silver-coated copper/nickel powder, and master core technologies including silver content control and coating morphology regulation.

4. Skilled in powder characterization instruments including laser particle size analyzer, SEM and ICP, with capabilities of data analysis and fault diagnosis.

5. Candidates with experience in lab-to-mass production conversion are preferred.

## Job Responsibilities

1. Formulate and implement sales strategies for electronic pastes, and achieve targets on sales revenue, profit and payment collection.

2. Lead the development and relationship maintenance of top-tier customers in photovoltaic, MLCC, touch screen, semiconductor and other industries, and drive product introduction and mass supply.

3. Track downstream technology trends, collect competitor intelligence and customer pain points, and provide product optimization suggestions to the R&D team.

4. Build and cultivate the sales team, improve the technical sales capabilities of team members, and conduct performance appraisal and incentive management.

5. Cooperate with technical engineers to resolve on-site customer issues including printing, sintering and adhesion problems, and handle major customer complaints.

6. Develop quotation strategies in response to price fluctuations of precious metals, and control contract risks and accounts receivable.

# R&D Engineer (Copper Paste)

Work Location: Shanghai

## Job Responsibilities

1. Establish an evaluation system for raw materials of copper paste, and conduct screening and assessment of raw materials for photovoltaic copper paste.

2. Develop and design formulations of photovoltaic copper paste in accordance with end application requirements.

3. Establish corresponding application test methods for photovoltaic copper paste based on customer specifications, conduct testing and adjust paste formulas to realize mass production of formulated products.

4. Provide technical support for customer-side paste testing.

5. Resolve technical problems arising during mass production of products.

## Job Requirements

1. Master’s or Doctoral degree; majors in Metallurgy & Metals, Materials Chemical Engineering, Composite Materials, Organic Chemistry or related fields are preferred.

2. Minimum 2 years of experience in the development of copper paste, copper powder or adhesives; familiar with domestic and overseas copper powder suppliers and their product characteristics, as well as anti-oxidation technologies for copper powder.

3. Prior experience with photovoltaic paste manufacturing processes and customer application requirements is preferred.

4. Strong logical thinking and R&D innovation capabilities.

## Job Responsibilities

1. Act as the liaison for customer quality matters, maintain customer relationships, lead the full-cycle handling of customer complaints to ensure timely closure in compliance with customer requirements.

2. Organize cross-functional teams to conduct root cause analysis on quality issues, drive the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and verify their effectiveness.

3. Translate customer quality specifications and communicate relevant requirements internally, monitor customer-side quality performance, identify potential risks and promote continuous improvement.

4. Participate in quality planning for new projects, ensure customer requirements are incorporated into control plans, analyze quality costs and advance process optimization.
